Rationale

Each year The Hord Foundation receives more than 100 applications from Black students in the greater-Danbury area for financial assistance to attend higher education. Cocktails and Dinner; Presentation of Award Recipients; Addresses by Chairman of the Board of Trustees and the Foundation's founder; Entertainment and Dancing.
